We made a quick trip to Salt Lake City area over the weekend, picking the kids up after school on Friday and returning home Saturday. On Friday after arriving, we went to the Living Planet Aquarium. We met Melenie and Adam there and enjoyed all of the exhibits. The kids (big and small) had the most fun in the 'hands on' area where we got to pet the stingrays, starfish, sea urchins, horseshoe crabs and more. On Saturday we went to the Hogal Zoo only to find out that it was 'Mom and Me' Day. Purchasing a T-shirt included the cost of admission (and for less than the usual cost of admission). Great deal! We had a great time looking at the various animals and riding on the train (Isaac's favorite). A couple of the pictures are blurry, sorry, but I wanted to keep them anyway.
